Process

Hull Treatment Workflow

Our systematic approach to vessel hull restoration and coating.

Step 01

Assessment & Prep

Initial inspection of bio-fouling, coating health, and dry-dock positioning. Technical supervision plans the scope for cleaning and blasting.

Step 02

Washing & Blasting

Ship-side high-pressure washing followed by abrasive blasting to reach SA 2.5 cleanliness. All loose scale and marine growth are removed.

Step 03

Coating Build-Up

Application of primer, tie-coat, and final anti-fouling layers. We monitor temperature and humidity to ensure optimal adhesion.

Step 04

Inspection & Release

Dry Film Thickness (DFT) testing and visual certification by FROSIO/NACE inspectors before the vessel is refloated.
